After receiving an urgent call from one of the UK's leading property consultants. USL leapt into action after being asked to help with a 'ponding' and waterproofing issue within the car park. Within 24 hours, USL had responded to the request and provided a proposal and budget cost to rectify the problem.

3 days later, USL attended a pre-start meeting, mobilised a DeckProtect+ installation team and 2 days later began the works.
Tony Dinsdale, Senior Contracts Manager for USL said "our client had been promised a solution by others, but when it came to dotting i's and crossing t's, the goalposts were moved leaving our client high and dry. We were able to react quickly and ensure the works were commenced on time and on budget, and whilst it will probably be one of the smallest jobs I'll be involved with this year, I will give it as much attention as all the others to ensure a happy customer".
Whilst USL StructureCare are used to dealing with multi-trade, multi-million pound refurbishment projects, the willingness to help at Middlesbrough just goes to show that 'size isn't everything, its keeping promises that count'.
