Prime Flex 900 XLV Prime Flex 900 XLV is a low viscosity, hydrophilic polyurethane resin that reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, tough watertight flexible foam. It is typically injected under pressure to seal actively leaking joints and cracks in concrete structures, including hairline cracks. It can be used with jute fibre (oakum) to seal wide gaps, cracks and defects.
Prime Flex 900 MV Prime Flex 900 MV is a medium viscosity, single-component polyurethane resin that reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, tough, watertight flexible foam. This hydrophilic grout is typically injected under pressure to seal actively leaking joints, cracks, pipe penetrations and expansion joints in concrete structures. Its viscosity makes it a good choice for medium to wide cracks or joints.
Prime Flex 910 Prime Flex 910 is a single-component polyurethane used for soil stabilisation and void filling. It is a hydrophobic, super low viscosity, water-activated polyurethane with variable set time that forms a rock hard, watertight mass. Requires catalyst.
Prime Flex 920 Prime Flex 920 is a single-component polyurethane used for void filling, curtain grouting, and sealing high-flow gushing leaks, including wide gaps and cracks in structures not subject to movement. It is a hydrophobic, low viscosity, water-activated polyurethane with variable set time that forms a rigid, rock hard, watertight mass. Requires catalyst.
Prime Flex 985 LX10 Prime Flex 985 LX10 is a two-component, low exotherm, polyurethane foam used to fill voids, stabilise soil and underseal concrete slabs. Its very low viscosity allows for moderate permeation effects.
Prime Flex 985 LX20 Prime Flex 985 LX20 polyurethane foam fills voids behind and under structures. This versatile product is a two-component, low exotherm polyurethane foam used to fill voids, stabilise soil and underseal concrete slabs.
Prime Flex Hydro Gel SX Prime Flex Hydro Gel SX is a versatile, easy-to-use single-component, water-activated, low-viscosity hydrophilic polyurethane injection resin for sealing actively leaking joints and cracks in underground concrete structures. It forms either a closed cell, watertight foam or impermeable gel depending on the water to resin mix ratio. Cured material remains flexible and has excellent adhesion. Ideal for manholes. It can also be used for soil binding for slough control.
Prime Flex 1200 Low Mod LV Prime Rez™ 1200 Low Mod LV is a two-component, very low viscosity epoxy resin for structural repair, designed to be injected or gravity fed into cracks in concrete, masonry or stone that are subject to shock or vibration.
Prime Rez 1100 High Mod LV Prime Rez™ 1100 High Mod LV is a low viscosity, high-strength, high modulus epoxy resin designed to be injected or gravity fed into cracks in concrete, masonry or stone for structural repair. It has excellent tolerance for wet conditions. It can be used underwater. This two-component resin is of a lower viscosity than Prime Rez™ 1000 High Mod. It may also be used as a general purpose epoxy adhesive.
Prime Rez 1000 High Mod Prime Rez 1000 High Mod epoxy resin is a low viscosity, high-strength, high modulus resin for structural repair, designed to be injected or gravity fed into cracks in concrete, masonry or stone. This two-component resin may also be used as a general purpose epoxy adhesive.
Prime Kat (Catalyst for 910 & 920) Prime Kat is our proprietary catalyst used to adjust the reaction time of Prime Resins’ hydrophobic polyurethane injection resins, including Prime Flex 910 & 920.
Kick Fast (Catalyst for 910 & 920) Kick Fast is the catalyst needed when a very fast set time is required when using Prime Resins’ hydrophobic polyurethane injection resins.
Precision Lift 4.0# Slow Precision Lift 4.0# Slow is a two-component, polyurethane foam used to fill voids, stabilise soil, and to underseal concrete slabs and foundations. This closed cell, hydro insensitive, high density structural foam is engineered for compaction grouting of soil and for filling voids behind and beneath slabs, pipes, walls, manholes and other structures.
Precision Lift 4.0# Precision Lift 4.0# is a two-component, high-density polyurethane foam used for void filling, compaction grouting, slab lifting and stabilisation, and undersealing slabs.
Precision Lift 4.75# Precision Lift 4.75# is a two-component polyurethane foam used to fill voids, underseal and lift concrete slabs and foundations in wet or dry environments. This is a higher density formulation designed for supporting and lifting heavier structures. It can be used in wet or dry environments due to its hydro insensitive nature.
Precision Lift 6.25# Precision Lift 6.25# is a two-component, polyurethane foam used to fill voids, and to underseal and lift concrete slabs and foundations. This closed-cell, hydro insensitive, high density structural foam can be used for compaction grouting of soil and for filling voids behind pipes, walls, manholes and other structures.
Precision Lift 2135 Precision Lift 2135 is a two-component polyurethane foam used to fill voids, and to underseal and lift concrete slabs and foundations.
AR 800 Acrylate AR 800 acrylate resin is a super low viscosity, hydrophilic grout that produces an elastomeric gel with variable set times. This three-component resin is used for leak sealing and soil consolidation.
AR 870 Acrylate AR 870 Acrylate is our latest product designed for leak sealing in concrete structures. Hydrophilic in nature, this acrylate product, which is a gel when activated, is an excellent choice for crack injection and leak sealing.
